I love almost all the fruits and vegetables belonging to the Cucurbitaceae family. My most favourites are sweet pumpkins, watermelons, muskmelon and such. They are not only juicy, fragrant, sweet delicacies but they come in a variety of beautiful shapes, colours and designs. I am always looking for different kinds of pumpkins and melons to try. And that’s how I came across Sun Melon today. It’s a beautiful sunshiny yellow melon. But the real treat is its flesh. It’s full of sweet and richly fragrant juice that instantly made me fall in love with it. It’s a kind of fruit which is full of trapped summer sunshine and easily turns mood to hla happy and cheerful mode. Without a doubt, a bowl of fruits with sun melon is a must-have for me from now on.
